Founder & Managing Member

Adrian Martinez

Adrian Martinez is a licensed real estate broker with 22 years of experience in deal sourcing, underwriting, acquisitions, dispositions, transaction negotiations and asset management. As Founder and Managing Member of BTC Capital, Adrian leads the firm’s strategy and day-to-day execution, including deal flow, broker relationships, due diligence, capital strategy and the integration of real estate, Bitcoin and tokenized fund infrastructure. Adrian is also a CCIM candidate.

Stacy Martinez

Stacy Martinez leads investor relations for BTC Capital, overseeing investor communications, onboarding and relationship management. She has been a licensed real estate broker since 2016 and brings 15 years of title and escrow experience from her time as a Title Escrow Officer at Stewart Title. Stacy also has property inspection experience with MFA and Charter Bank and supports BTC Capital with transaction management and due diligence. Her background helps strengthen the firm’s focus on organization, transparency and execution.
